cinnamon flavored rice, or rice flavored cinnamon.

Started off as a mixed veggie pulao project. Ended up as cinnamon flavored with basmati rice.

Heck, it was good. Several layers of tastes unfolded with every morsel-first a little sweet, then as you chow done lots more, it hits you-the cinnamon.

May be, in future incarnations, cinnamon should be dropped in for the flvaor and later picked out.

To think I abhor all kinds of cinnamon flavors-in tea, starbucks coffee or cake.
